Our Operations Ministry seeks to fully support the church-wide vision of building a spiritual and physical house to meet the total needs of God’s family. 

Purpose

Our Operations Ministry’s purpose is to provide the necessary resources and personnel to support the churches daily functions and other ministries within the church. 

Goals

Goal 1:  To maintain a safe and pleasant environment for work and worship.           

Goal 2:  To maintain accountability in monitoring the churches financial condition. 

Goal 3:  To effectively communicate the mission and vision of Bible Way to the congregation and community. 

Goal 4:  To continue seeking ways of enhancing operational functions and efficiently utilize the resources God makes available to Bible Way.
