PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

First Lady Varner currently serves as President of Vika Ministries.  Vika Ministries trains and mentors pastors, ministers and their spouses by equipping, empowering and uniting these faith-based leaders with biblical standards and spiritual disciplines. 

She serves at Bible Way Fellowship Baptist Church as Director of the Women’s Ministry and Deaconess Program.  First Lady Varner is a speaker/teacher for Women and Children’s Conferences, Retreats and Church Programs and actively ministers to  Senior Pastors’ wives and women both inside and outside of the United States with her message of hope and deliverance.

MARRIED

Married to Ivory Varner, Sr. Pastor of Bible Way Fellowship Baptist Church.  She is the mother of  two children:  Catina, Ivory, Jr., and four grandchildren.
